Terms of Service

Payment

Unless specifically authorized otherwise, payment is due in full when services are rendered.
For customers with a store account a 1.5% late fee will be added every month for payments not cleared within 30 days.
Payments can be made via cash or credit card. We DO NOT accept CashApp, Venmo, Bitcoin or money orders.

Cancellations

We charge flat rates for emergencies that vary based on time and location. Once dispatched the entire amount is due as the vehicle and locksmith dispatched to your location have become unavailable to assist other customers and we have already invested significant time, effort, and fuel to accommodate you. If you choose not to pay the amount agreed to over the phone we are forced to file charges for theft of services.

KSA 21-5801. Theft.
(a) Theft is any of the following acts done with intent to permanently deprive the owner of the possession, use or benefit of the owner’s property or services:
(2) obtaining control over property or services, by deception;
(4) property or services of the value of less than $1,500 is a class A nonperson misdemeanor, except as provided in subsection (b)(5), (b)(6) or (b)(7);
Scheduled work, not including special order parts, can be canceled prior to dispatch only.

Paperwork

Our W9 is available for download for your convenience.
If your company requires you to collect our certificate of insurance or other paperwork it is your responsibility to request such before requesting services. Should you call requesting paperwork after services have been rendered you will be billed a one-time fee of $150 to be set up as a new client.

We DO NOT sign agreements. All work is performed on our terms!
